Design Council

The Design Council set us the task of completely overhauling the way their offices looked and performed. Through detailed research, including a period of shadowing the working habits of the end-users, a much more intelligent organisation of interpersonal space was achieved. Tailor-made spaces were developed to meet the client’s needs for collaboration, concentration and contemplation.

The spatial and material choices reflected both the identity and the diverse activities of the organisation, within very tight budgetary and sustainability constraints. The whole project was a turn-key operation, with CSA delivering all aspects of the work from consultation and design, through to the construction itself.
